ZALV by Pro Maxcare designs and integrates smart home automation systems tailored for luxury villas, apartments and commercial spaces across Dubai. From centralised HVAC climate integration to automated lighting scenes and motorised shading, we deliver intelligent spaces that respond to your daily routine without sacrificing elegance or operational stability.

  • Dual wired and wireless architecture
  • Google Nest & smart thermostat ready
  • Open, expandable protocols
  • Engineered for the Dubai climate

Dual-protocol smart architecture

Wired stability.
Wireless flexibility.

Rather than forcing your home into a single rigid ecosystem, ZALV bridges high-performance wired infrastructure with intuitive wireless smart controls.

01

Wired bus protocol

The industrial core

For core villa infrastructure — lighting circuits, AC and FCU integration, water heaters and motorised curtains — a dedicated wired bus network runs back to your main electrical distribution board.

  • Zero wireless congestion. Operates completely independently of home Wi-Fi for guaranteed system uptime.
  • Open standard. Compatible with top-tier international hardware manufacturers.
  • Future-proof asset. Robust, commercial-grade panel wiring that adds value to the property.
02

Wireless smart ecosystem

Intelligent living controls

Wireless smart hubs deliver a sleek, user-friendly interaction layer. Through wall-mounted touch panels, custom keypads and mobile apps, your underlying wired infrastructure becomes effortlessly accessible.

  • Central smart touch panels. Wall displays unifying lighting, climate, scenes and audio in every room.
  • Custom automation scenes. Single-tap triggers such as Good Night, Away and Movie Time.
  • Remote access & voice. Full control from smartphone apps and major voice-assistant platforms.

Dedicated HVAC smart thermostats

Cooling that thinks ahead.

Air conditioning is the most critical system in any Dubai property. ZALV specialises in retrofitting and integrating smart HVAC control interfaces — including seamless Google Nest integration — to optimise cooling performance and lower DEWA consumption.

Nest integration
Direct interface compatibility with villa and apartment FCU or VRF air-conditioning systems.
Multi-zone control
Independent temperature, fan-speed and humidity monitoring for every bedroom, living space and floor.
Auto-scheduling
Thermostats learn the household routine and ease back cooling when rooms are empty.
Remote pre-cooling
Check indoor temperatures and start the AC from your phone before you arrive home.
Wall-mounted smart learning thermostat showing the current temperature setpoint
Zone by zone comfort. Lower running costs.

Comprehensive smart home integration

Every system.
One interface.

We unify the major systems of the property under a single, intuitive control layer, confirmed in your scope before installation begins.

Discuss your scope

Intelligent lighting & scene management

Replace cluttered switch banks with streamlined smart keypads. Precision dimming modules give smooth control of architectural LED strips, spotlights and chandeliers, custom-engraved keypads are matched to your wall finishes, and presence sensing brings corridors, walk-in closets and bathrooms to life only when occupied.

Motorised shades, curtains & louvers

Automate natural light to block midday heat gain and protect interior furnishings from UV exposure. Solar-tracking schedules adjust curtains to the sun position and indoor temperature, while single-touch scenes drop blackout blinds and dim the lights for the home theatre.

Climate & thermostat control

Smart thermostats and zone controllers interface with FCU and VRF systems, giving per-room setpoints, fan-speed control, humidity monitoring and eco scheduling from the wall panel or your phone.

Security, intercoms & access control

IP video intercoms and smart locks let you answer the door, speak to guests and release entry gates from the mobile app. Environmental sensors send instant alerts for water leaks, smoke detection or a door left breached.

Panels, modules & distribution boards

DIN-rail power supplies, relay and dimmer modules, bus couplers and labelled panel assembly, installed and documented so future service and expansion stay straightforward.

Containment & ceiling coordination

Low-voltage cable routes, conduit, back-boxes and access provisions are set out with the gypsum, tiling and MEP trades so nothing has to be reopened later.

Our 4-step smart home delivery

From wiring diagram
to first scene.

You know what is being designed, installed and tested at each stage of the system.

  1. 01

    System design & wiring mapping

Low-voltage bus routes, DB panel layouts and thermostat placements are mapped onto your floor plans.

  2. 02

    First-fix containment & wiring

Dedicated bus cables, conduit containment and back-boxes are installed during civil wall and ceiling work.

  3. 03

    Second-fix installation

Control modules, DIN-rail power supplies, smart thermostats, touch panels and keypads are mounted and connected.

  4. 04

    Commissioning & scene programming

System logic is configured, scenes are programmed, HVAC feedback is tested and your household is trained on the daily controls.

Why ZALV by Pro Maxcare

Engineering first.
Gadgets second.

Automation only feels effortless when the wiring, the ceilings and the climate strategy were planned together from the start.

Integrated civil & MEP engineering

As a full-scope renovation contractor, our teams coordinate low-voltage containment, distribution boards and thermostat wiring directly with the civil and gypsum ceiling trades — eliminating contractor friction.

Open & scalable architecture

Open-protocol systems allow future expansion, device additions and technology upgrades without tearing down walls.

Dubai climate-engineered

HVAC programming and motorised shading logic are designed around high summer heat and real energy efficiency.

End-to-end delivery

From wire routing diagrams and DB panel assembly through to software commissioning and user training.

Questions before you automate.

Share your property details and the systems you want controlled if your question is not covered here.

Ask the ZALV team
What is the difference between wired bus automation and a wireless smart home?

A wired bus network runs dedicated low-voltage cabling from every control point back to your distribution board, so lighting, AC and curtains keep working independently of Wi-Fi. A wireless smart ecosystem adds the friendly layer on top: touch panels, mobile apps and voice control. ZALV combines both so you get commercial-grade stability with everyday convenience.

Can you integrate smart thermostats with my existing AC system?

Yes. We retrofit and integrate smart HVAC control interfaces, including Google Nest thermostats, with Fan Coil Unit (FCU) and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems commonly installed in Dubai villas and apartments. Compatibility is confirmed on site before the scope is agreed.

Can an existing villa or apartment be automated, or only a new build?

Both. New builds and properties under renovation are ideal because low-voltage containment can be installed during first fix. Existing homes can still be upgraded using wireless modules, smart thermostats, retrofit dimming and motorised curtain systems, with the scope planned around the wiring already in place.

Will the system keep working if the internet goes down?

Core functions on the wired bus continue to operate normally without internet or Wi-Fi. Remote access, voice assistants and mobile notifications need a connection, but local switches, keypads and scenes remain available.

Do you handle the electrical and ceiling work as well?

Yes. ZALV is the renovation department of Pro Maxcare, so low-voltage containment, distribution board work, thermostat wiring and gypsum ceiling coordination are planned together with the civil and finishing trades under one project contact.

Can the system be expanded later?

We build on open, scalable architecture. Additional rooms, devices and upgrades can usually be added later without tearing down walls, provided the containment and panel capacity agreed at design stage are followed.
